Each audit client now lives in its own Project Workspace. Within it, tasks track fieldwork steps: evidence requests sent, responses received, draft sections under review, sign-off outstanding. Because every task has a status and a due date, Martin can open Noetic on a Monday morning and know — without digging — what needs attention that week across all eight engagements.

The bigger shift has been in how he uses Enno. At the end of fieldwork, he pastes his key findings into a note and asks Enno to draft the audit conclusion. He doesn't use the output verbatim — professional judgement still sits with him — but having a structured first draft in under a minute means he spends his time reviewing and refining, not staring at a blank page.

He also uses Enno to generate executive-level summaries for group clients. Where three separate audits touch the same business area, Enno helps him pull the thread together: consistent language, clear status indicators, a coherent narrative the audit committee can actually read.

Each module is a project. Inside it: lectures to review, readings to complete, assignments broken into drafting, editing, and submission stages — each with its own due date. When deadlines cluster together (as they always do before Christmas and Easter), she can see the crunch coming days in advance rather than realising on the evening before.

The hobby projects get the same treatment. Her Japanese learning project has weekly vocabulary tasks, grammar exercises, and a note where she logs new phrases. The photography project has shoots planned, edits in progress, and a growing archive of notes about compositions she wants to try.

What makes Noetic worth it for Sashi is that both lives — academic and personal — sit in the same place. She checks it once and knows everything. Enno earns its keep during essay season. She gives it her lecture notes, a rough argument, and a word count, and asks for an outline. The outline is rarely perfect, but it breaks the paralysis of starting from nothing. She has also used it to summarise long academic papers into the points most relevant to her argument, which saves real time during the literature review stage.

Each client is now a Project in Noetic. Within each project, she tracks the full lifecycle of a deliverable: brief received, concept drafted, filming, first edit, client review, final cut, posted. Tasks move through those stages with due dates attached. When a client asks where their content is, she knows the answer in three seconds.

She uses Enno heavily in the early creative stages. Given a product brief, she asks Enno to generate ten possible content hooks targeting a specific audience. Most of them are mediocre, but two or three are usually good enough to spark something she would not have thought of alone. She also uses it to draft scripts — not as finished copy, but as a framework she rewrites in her own voice.

What she has noticed is that Enno speeds up the part of the work that used to feel most draining: starting. Coming up with the angle, writing the first line, figuring out how to open a fifteen-second video. She still does all the creative work, but she does it with less of the blank-screen anxiety that used to precede it.
