Delete your Noetic account

You can permanently delete your Noetic account directly from the Noetic app. The process only takes a few moments.

Cancel subscriptions first

Before deleting your account, cancel any active Noetic subscriptions. Deleting your account does not replace cancelling a subscription.

Delete individual data without deleting your account

You do not need to delete your whole account to remove specific information. You can manage the individual sections of your Noetic workspace and delete tasks, notes, events, or projects separately. When you delete one of these items, that data is permanently deleted from the database.

How to delete your account

    Open the Noetic app and log in to your account.

    Tap your profile icon to open Settings.

  3. 3

    Scroll to the bottom of Settings.

  4. 4

    Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

What happens next?

Your account and associated Noetic data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. If you need help, contact us before completing the deletion.
